In 2004 I injured my lower back. Over the years I’ve learned self maintenance by utilizing natural ways of healing. For example, essential oils for the pain and relaxing the muscles. The importance of stretching and foam rolling. Also, by utilizing specific tools to do trigger point therapy on myself. A crucial part was to seek massage and chiropractic care. I am able to walk on a beach again, pain free, go for long car rides to new adventures and just enjoy life with my family.

I have a passion in me to help others. So whether you come to me for relaxation and tension release, to flexibility and pain relief, my goal is to have you walking out of my office refreshed, renewed, revitalized, feeling like a new you.
